1. Booking & Payments

• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Prices displayed are final and inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise. We guarantee competitive rates and will match any lower publicly advertised price for the same service (proof required).
• Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise specified (e.g., deposit schemes).

2. Price Guarantee

• We collaborate with trusted global providers to offer the best market prices. If you find a lower rate for the same itinerary (within 24 hours of booking), contact us at support@vacationrentalin.com for a price match or refund of the difference.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Our free insurance covers full refunds if services are not delivered as promised (see Refund Policy).
• Standard cancellation terms vary by provider and will be displayed before checkout.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler details (name, passport, etc.). Errors may incur fees.
• Review all booking details before payment. Changes post-confirmation may carry costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We act as an agent between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). While we ensure partner reliability, we are not liable for third-party failures (e.g., flight delays).

6. Governing Law

• Disputes are subject to the laws of USA.
