- Booking confirmation
- Proof of issue (e.g., cancellation notice from provider, photos/videos if applicable)
✅ Voluntary Cancellations:
- Refunds depend on the provider’s policy, displayed at checkout.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Change of plans (unless covered by “free insurance” due to provider failure).
❌ No-shows without prior cancellation.
❌ Bookings marked “Non-Refundable” at checkout.
